THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY APPLICABLE FOR RELIEF IN NEED IN RELIEVING EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY PERSONS WHO HAVE THE QUALIFICATIONS HEREINAFTER PRESCRIBED FOR RESIDENTS OF THE ALMSHOUSES OF THE CHARITY, IN THE SAME ORDER OF PRIORITY, AND WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS EITHER IN GIFTS IN KIND OR GRANTS OF MONEY WHICH MAY INCLUDE GRANTS TO ANY ALMSHOUSE OR OTHER CHARITABLE INSTITUTION ESTABLISHED FOR THE BENEFIT OF PERSONS QUALIFIED AS AFORESAID;
