THE CHARITY WILL EMPOWER SUCH BENEFICIARIES (SERVICE USERS) TO EXERCISE INDEPENDENCE, CHOICE AND CONTROL OVER HOW THEIR SUPPORT NEEDS ARE MET, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING CARE SERVICES, OUTREACH SUPPORT, HOUSING, ASSOCIATED AMENITIES, TRAINING AND DAY ACTIVITIES FOR THE BENEFICIARIES. DEVELOPING A RANGE OF PERSONALISED SUPPORT AND ADVICE SERVICES TO ENABLE SERVICE USERS TO MAKE INFORMED DECISIONS AND LEAD INDEPENDENT LIVES PROVIDING ONE-TO-ONE ADVOCACY SERVICES USING PAID AND VOLUNTEER ADVOCATES SUPPORTING SELF-ADVOCACY GROUPS AND SERVICE USER INVOLVEMENT PROMOTING ADVOCACY AND GOOD PRACTICE IN ADVOCACY.
