THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST:- (1) TO PAY OR APPLY THEM TO OR FOR SUCH CHARITY OR CHARITIES OR FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSE OR PURPOSES IN SUCH PROPORTIONS AND IN SUCH MANNER IN ALL RESPECTS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT AND (11) FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSE SO FAR AND SO FAR ONLY AS IT IS LEGALLY CHARITABLE, THAT IS THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, AND IN PARTICULAR TO PROMOTE AND SUPPORT AN ACADEMIC EXCHANGE PROGRAMME BETWEEN STUDENTS AT OXFORD UNIVERSITY, ENGLAND, AND HARVARD COLLEGE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ; AND "THE OBJECTS" SHALL MEAN THE TRUSTS AND PURPOSES DECLARED AND SET FORTH IN THIS CLAUSE.
