TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF MEMBERS OF THE FAMILIES OF SUCH CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE AS ARE OCCASIONED BY THE SICKNESS, DISABILITY OR DEATH OF SUCH CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE, IN PARTICULAR NEEDS OF COUNSELLING AND ACCOMMODATION3.
