TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF MEMBERS OF THE FAMILIES OF SUCH CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE AS ARE OCCASIONED BY THE SICKNESS, DISABILITY OR DEATH OF SUCH CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE, IN PARTICULAR NEEDS OF COUNSELLING AND ACCOMMODATION3. TO PROMOTE CARRY OUT OR TAKE PART IN RESEARCH INTO PALLIATIVE CARE FOR ANY TERMINAL OR CHRONIC SICKNESS OR DISABILITY WHICH MAY AFFECT CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE AND TO PUBLISH THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH4. TO IMPROVE THROUGH THE PROVISION OF TRAINING THE STANDARD OF NURSING CARE OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WITH TERMINAL OR CHRONIC SICKNESS OR DISABILITY5.
