(B) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC ABOUT THE NEEDS PEOPLE, AND PARTICULARLY YOUNG PEOPLE, WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM THE EFFECTS OF HOMELESSNESS, BAD HOUSING OR THREATENED HOMELESSNESS.
