RELIEVE POVERTY, DISTRESS AND SICKNESS AMONG BENEFICIARIES AND THEIR FAMILIES.THE EXPRESSION "LEARNING DISABILITIES" SHALL MEAN PERSONS WHO HAVE A SIGNIFICANTLY GREATER DIFFICULTY IN LEARNING THAN THE MAJORITY OF PERSONS.
