MARITIME PERSONNEL INCLUDES THOSE WHO WORK ON PRODUCTION PLATFORMS OFFSHORE, IT INCLUDES STUDENTS PREPARING FOR THIS WORK AND THOSE WHO HAVE RETIRED FROM THIS WORK, IT ALSO INCLUDES THEIR FAMILIES AND PORT WORKERS)
