(A) TO PROMOTE, SUPPORT AND /OR CARRY OUT RESEARCH INTO THE CAUSES, PREVENTION, DIAGNOSIS, TREATMENT, CURE AND EFFECTS OF BOWEL CANCER AND OTHER LOWER GASTROINTESTINAL CONDITIONS (TOGETHER “BOWEL CANCER”) FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC;(B) TO PROVIDE SUPPORT, ASSISTANCE AND ADVICE TO PEOPLE AFFECTED BY BOWEL CANCER AND/OR TO THEIR CARERS AND FAMILIES AND OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS;(C) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC AND HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE PROFESSIONALS ON THE ISSUES RELATING TO BOWEL CANCER;(D) TO PROMOTE AND INFLUENCE EFFECTIVE CARE AND SUPPORT FOR PEOPLE AFFECTED BY BOWEL CANCER AND THE INVOLVEMENT OF THEIR CARERS, FAMILIES AND FRIENDS IN THEIR SUPPORT; AND(E) THE FURTHERANCE OF SUCH OTHER OBJECTS AND PURPOSES IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AS ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO ENGLISH LAW AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005.
