TO ALLEVIATE THE HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS OF RESIDENT IN NORTH HERTFORDSHIRE AND SURROUND CAUSED BY THE BREAKUP OF MARRIAGE AND FAMILY AND TO PROTECT THE MENTAL, PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL HEALTH OF SUCH CHILDREN BY PROVIDING AND MAINTAINING CENTRES AND FACILITIES WHERE SUCH CHILDREN CAN ENJOY MEANINGFUL CONTACT WITH THEIR SEPARATED PARENTS AND TO ENCOURAGE THE ADULTS INVOLVED TO PLAN FOR THEIR CHILDREN'S FUTURE IN AN APPROPRIATE AND INDEPENDENT MANNER.
