PROVIDING SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY AT THE DISS COUNTY HIGH COMPREHENSIVE SCHOOL ON THE FORMER SECONDARY MODERN SCHOOL SITE, AND SUBJECT THERETO, FOR SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS AT ANY OTHER MAINTAINED SECONDARY SCHOOL SERVING OR SUBSTANTIALLY SERVING DISS AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD THEREOF.
