THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THOSE PERSONS FOR WHOM THE FACILITIES ARE PROVIDE 3. TO PROMOTE HUMAN RIGHTS THROUGHOUT THE WORLD AND WORKS TOWARD RAPID AND FULL IMPLEMENTATION OF UNITED NATIONS SECURITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION 1325 ON WOMEN, PEACE AND SECURITY.
