TO PROMOTE HUMAN RIGHTS THROUGHOUT THE WORLD AND WORKS TOWARD RAPID AND FULL IMPLEMENTATION OF UNITED NATIONS SECURITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION 1325 ON WOMEN, PEACE AND SECURITY.
