TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN MATTERS RELATING TO CHILDCARE AND PARENTING AND TO PROMOTE LIFELONG LEARNING THROUGH THE CONTINUED DEVELOPMENT OF THEIR INDIVIDUAL CAPABILITIES, COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND UNDERSTANDING IN SUBJECTS OF EDUCATIONAL AND SOCIAL VALUE.5. THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED BY HELPING DISADVANTAGED ADULTS AND YOUNG PEOPLE ADVANCE IN LIFE BY PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES, CAPABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.6. THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED BY SUPPORTING DISADVANTAGED FAMILIES IN MANAGING FAMILY LIFE WITH CONFIDENCE, RECOGNISING AND RESPONDING POSITIVELY TO THE NEEDS OF THEIR CHILDREN.7.
