THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS") IN THE CITY AND COUNTY OF BRISTOL AND SOUTH GLOUCESTERSHIRE ("THE AREA OF BENEFIT"): THE PROVISION OF TRAINING AND EDUCATION IN THE DUTIES OF GOOD CITIZENSHIP FOR BOYS AND GIRLS RECEIVING ELEMENTARY MILITARY TRAINING IN THE ARMY CADET FORCE IN THE BENEFICIAL AREA, AND HELPING SUCH BOYS AND GIRLS THROUGH THEIR LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES SO THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND GOOD CITIZENS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
