Charitable objects

2.1 The object of the Charity is to enhance the development and education of children in their early years, through the provision of support services to private voluntary and independent organisations who are delivering education and care to said children and in doing so to develop, encourage and maintain high standards in education and care for the benefit of the children, their family unit and their local community.2.2 In carrying out its objects the Charity shall promote equality of opportunity for all sections of the community, both in its own affairs and in society generally. 2.3 Nothing in these Articles shall authorise an application of the property of the Charity for purposes which are not charitable in accordance with section 7 of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005.
