(111) TO CARRY OUT ANY SUCH APPROVED OBJECTS (AS DEFINED BY REGULATION 33 OF THE LANDFILL TAX REGULATIONS 1996 OR ANY AMENDMENT THERETO) AS ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE AND TO ENCOURAGE YOUNG PEOPLE PARTICULARLY TO DO SO. (IV) TO SUPPORT SUCH CHARITY OR CHARITIES OR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSE OR PURPOSES AS THE COUNCIL SHALL IN ITS ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT.
