The charity’s objects (“Objects”) shall be to provide relief for disabled people in Derbyshire and nationally by the provision of, but without limitation:4.1 a “Drop in Centre” to facilitate independent living opportunities;4.2 information and advice which directly relieves the need of beneficiaries whether they have a learning difficulty or physical or sensory impairment; and4.3 identification and development of new services which either directly or indirectly facilitates disabled people’s ability to live independently.
