(B) TO PROVIDE SPORTS FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THOSE IN NED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR AGE, PARTICULARLY THOSE FROM THE ETHNIC MINORITY GROUPS LIVING IN TOWER HAMLETS AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS. THE FACILITIES SHALL INCLUDE PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES,, TRAINING ACTIVITIES, AND SEMINARS.
