WELFARE WORK FOR SICK AND OTHERWISE HANDICAPPED PERSONS, PARTICULARLY, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, FOR AFRO-CARIBBEAN MEMBER OF THE COMMUNITY. 3.
