2.1 The Company is established for the following "Objects":2.1.1 to engage in psychoanalytic research into adolescence in general, and in particular with reference to the factors which cause or contribute to psychopathology during adolescence;2.1.2 to promote and assist such research by others;2.1.3 to obtain and assist others in obtaining relevant data concerning normal and psychologically abnormal development and behaviour during adolescence;2.1.4 to treat or assist in the psychoanalytic treatment of young people presenting mental and emotional difficulties or disorders;2.1.5 to publish studies of such research as aforesaid whether such research was undertaken by the Company or by others;2.1.6 to organise seminars and conferences for professional and other persons whose professional activity or interest is concerned with or connected with adolescence;2.1.7 to disseminate knowledge of adolescence and the results of psychoanalytic research into adolescence, adolescent psychopathology and related matters;2.1.8 to provide psychoanalytic and psychotherapeutic services to young people as well as psychological and therapeutic support to parents and carers; 2.1.9 to promote mental health, as well as welfare to young people in schools, youth clubs, voluntary and statutory organisations and others;2.1.10 to establish and maintain outpatient facilities and services for the care and treatment of young people presenting mental, emotional and psychological difficulties or disorders;2.1.11 to establish and maintain a library for the purpose of facilitating research into adolescence and related matters; and 2.1.12 to make grants, donations or subscriptions to other institutions, trusts and bodies formed for exclusively charitable purposes having Objects wholly, partly or incidentally similar to or complementary to the Objects of the Company.
