THE CONTINUING EDUCATION OF THE CLERGY WHO ALREADY SERVE IN THE ARCHDIOCESE. 3. THE TRAINING OF LAY PEOPLE SO AS TO UNDERTAKE RESPONSIBLE POSITIONS IN THE TEACHING AND INSTRUCTION OF THE ORTHODOX FAITH, ITS WORSHIP AND SACRED TRADITION. 4. THE TRAINING OF LAY PEOPLE TO TAKE PART IN THE ADMINISTRATION AND SUPPORT OF THE ORTHODOX COMMUNITIES IN THE BRITISH ISLES.
