THE CONDUCT OF STUDY AND RESEARCH INTO PROBLEMS CONCERNING PERSONS WHO THROUGH THEIR SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES ARE IN NEED AND UNABLE TO GAIN EMPLOYMENT OR FURTHER THEIR EDUCATION AND TO PUBLICISE THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH. 4. THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE FOR LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION IN CRAFT WORK AND THE APPRECIATION OF THE ARTS AND FOR THE TEACHING OF SKILLS ASSOCIATED THEREWITH.
