TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION IN SUBJECTS RELATING TO SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT AND THE PROTECTION, ENHANCEMENT AND REHABILITATION OF THE ENVIRONMENT AND TO PROMOTE STUDY AND RESEARCH PROVIDED THAT THE USEFUL RESULTS RESEARCH ARE PUBLICALLY DISSEMINATED.
