THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS") IN THE PARISH OF BLAKENEY NORFOLK ("THE AREA OF BENEFIT")(1) TO ACQUIRE PROTECT AND PRESERVE OPEN SPACES WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT FROM ENCROACHMENT AND TO SECURE THEIR USE BY MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC(2) TO ACQUIRE PROTECT AND PRESERVE LAND WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHICH IS OR MAY BECOME SUBJECT TO RIGHTS OF WAY FOR USE BY MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC(3) TO PROTECT AND PRESERVE THE BEAUTY OF THE OPEN SPACES WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT AND TO PROMOTE THEIR FULLEST ENJOYMENT.
