ENCOURAGING APPROPRIATE PRACTICE AND COLLABORATION AMONG MEMBER SCHOOLS WHILST RECOGNISING THEIR AUTONOMY; AND 4. DEVELOPING WHERE APPROPRIATE JOINT GUIDELINES OR CODES OF PRACTICE TO SERVE AS STANDARDS FOR MEMBERS.
