TO FURTHER PUBLIC EDUCATION BY PROMOTING THOSE ASPECTS OF ANGLESEY'S CULTURE SO STRONGLY CHERISHED, BOTH HISTORICALLY AND CONTEMPORARILY, BY THE MORRISIAID, WHICH MAKES THE ISLAND'S HERITAGE A MAJOR PART OF WELSH HERITAGE IN GENERAL.THE SOCIETY WILL ENDEAVOUR, WITH THE RESOURCES AVAILABLE, TO INVESTIGATE THE SOCIAL HISTORY OF THE ISLAND, AS REFLECTED IN THE WELSH LANGUAGE, IN THE ISLAND'S MUSICAL TRADITION, IN ITS ARCHITECTURE AND IN ITS RELIGIOUS DEVELOPMENTS. IT WILL ALSO ENDEAVOUR TO INVESTIGATE THE NATURE AND GEOLOGY OF ANGLESEY AND MAKE THOSE FINDINGS KNOWN FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC.
