(I) TO SUPPORT THE WEALD AND DOWNLAND OPEN AIR MUSEUM LIMITED (REGISTERED CHARITY NUMBER 306338) (THE "COMPANY") IN PURSUANCE OF ITS OBJECTS (II) TO PROVIDE FUNDS TO THE COMPANY IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN , REPAIR, RENOVATE THE SAID MUSEUM OR ANY OF THE BUILDINGS OR LAND WHICH THE COMPANY MAY OWN EITHER FREEHOLD OR LEASEHOLD (III) TO UNDERTAKE AND EXECUTE ANY TRUSTS WHICH MAY LAWFULLY BE UNDERTAKEN BY THE CHARITY AND MAY BE CONDUCIVE TO ITS OBJECTS (IV) TO ESTABLISH AND SUPPORT IN THE AID OR ESTABLISHMENT AND SUPPORT OF ANY CHARITABLE ASSOCIATIONS AND TO SUBSCRIBE OR GUARANTEE MONEY FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE OBJECTS OF THE COMPANY OR OF THE CHARITY OR CALCULATED TO FURTHER THOSE OBJECTS (V) TO DO ALL SUCH OTHER THINGS AS ARE INCIDENTAL TO THE ATTAINMENT OF THE ABOVE OBJECTS OR ANY OF THEM
