A) TO PROMOTE THE BENEFITS OF OF THE INHABITANTS AND PRIMARILY THE BANGLADESHI INHABITANTS OF THE CITY OF SUNDERLAND AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE "AREA OF BENEFIT"), WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR SEXUAL ORIENTATION, OR RACE OR POLITICAL, OR RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID INHABITANTS , THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES AND VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO:(I) ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE SAID INHABITANTS; AND(II) PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS IN THE INTEREST OF THE SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE; AND(III) RELIEVE UNEMPLOYMENT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN SUCH WAYS AS MAY BE THOUGHT FIT, INCLUDING ASSISTANCE TO FIND EMPLOYMENTB) ESTABLISH AND SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMMUNITY CENTRE (HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE CENTRE") AND TO MAINTAIN AND MANAGE THE SAME IN FURTHERANCE OF THE ABOVE OBJECT.
