(11) TO CONSTRUCT, RE-CONSTRUCT, MAINTAIN, REPAIR, PRESERVE AND BEAUTIFY ANY BUILDING OR CONSTRUCTION WITHIN THE CHURCHYARD OF THE SAID CHURCH OR ELSEWHERE WITHIN THE PARISH OF HARWICH AND TO PROVIDE ANY ASSOCIATED FIXTURES, FITTINGS OR FURNISHINGS. (111) TO SUCH OTHER EDUCATIONAL OR CHARITABLE PURPOSES CONNECTED WITH THE SAID CHURCH AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DETERMINE.
