TO ENSURE THAT THE GROUP OFFERS OPPORTUNITIES FOR ALL CHILDREN-REGARDLESS OF RACE, CULTURE, RELIGION ABILITY OR MEANS. 4. TO ENCOURAGE THE STUDY OF THE NEEDS OF SUCH CHILDREN AND THEIR CARERS AND FAMILIES AND PROMOTE PUBLIC INTEREST IN AND RECOGNITION OF SUCH NEEDS IN THE LOCAL AREA.
