TO ADVANCE EDUCATION BY PROVIDING SCHOOLS, TRAINING CENTRES AND OTHER INSTITUTES OF LEARNING. 4. TO FURTHER SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES WHICH IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES OF THE CHARITY ARE DEMANDED BY THE NECESSITIES OF THE TIMES.
