1. THE RELIEF OF PERSONS IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE AS A RESULT OF THEIR HAVING SUSTAINED BURNS BEFORE HAVING REACHED THE AGE OF 26 YEARS.2. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF SUCH PERSONS WITH A VIEW TO MINIMISING THEIR DEPENDENCE ON OTHERS AND SO THAT THEY MAY ACHIEVE THEIR FULL POTENTIAL IN SOCIETY.3. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF CHILDREN AND ADULTS IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT WITH A VIEW TO REDUCING INJURIES AND LOSS OF LIFE THROUGH BURNS.
