THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR:- (1) THE ASSISTANCE OF CHILDREN AND ADULTS IN ISRAEL WHO HAVE SPECIAL NEEDS RESULTING FROM, INTER ALIA, DEVELOPMENTAL RETARDATION PROBLEMS; LEARNING DISABILITIES; AND/OR EMOTIONAL OR BEHAVIOURAL PROBLEMS AND IN PARTICULAR THOSE RESIDENT AT KISHOR VILLAGE BY:- (A) THE RELIEF OF SUFFERING; (B) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION; AND (C) THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE; AND (2) SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT.
