IT MAY ALSO PROVIDE, AND SEEK TO ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS AND COMMISSIONS FOR NEW WORKS, AND UNDERTAKE OTHER PROJECTS AS APPROPRIATE..
