TO PROMOTE EDUCATION BY THE PROVISION OF SCHOOLS AND EDUCATION TO THE PUBLIC.THE TRUSTEES MUST USE THE INCOME AND MAY USE THE CAPITAL OF THE TRUST IN PROMOTING THE OBJECTS.
