TO ADVANCE EDUCATION BY THE PROMOTION, ENCOURAGEMENT, IMPROVEMENT, DEVELOPMENT, MAINTENANCE, UNDERSTANDING AND APPRECIATION OF THE ARTS AND CRAFTS IN THE AREA; 3.
