HELPING INDIVIDUALS AND LOCAL GROUPS TO GAIN THE KNOWLEDGE TO PURSUE EFFECTIVELY THEIR OWN PARTICIPATION IN TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING AND RELATED ISSUES;E.
