TO PROMOTE THE RELIGION OF ISLAM BOTH AMONG THE MUSLIMS AND NON-MUSLIMS.E. TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF SERVICES TO IMPROVE THE WELFARE OF THE MUSLIMS, IN PARTICULAR THE PROVISION OF COUNSELLING.
