TO FACILITATE CONSULTATION ARRANGEMENTS WITH WATCHES IN THE BOROUGH THAT MAY BE INITIATED BY THE COMMUNITY SAFETY PARTNERSHIP TO DISCHARGE ITS RESPONSIBILITIES UNDER THE CRIME AND DISORDER ACT 1998.
