(2) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION.

Governing document: DECLARATION OF TRUST EXECUTED ON THE 21ST DAY OF JANUARY 2001 AS AMENDED BY SUPPLEMENTAL DEED DATED 4TH JUNE 2002.
