ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES OR PROVIDING FACILITIES OR EQUIPMENT THAT ARE NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY AND WHICH SUPPORT THE SCHOOL AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND WELFARE OF THE PUPILS, WITHOUT IN ANY WAY INFLUENCING THE INTERNAL MANAGEMENT OF THE SCHOOL.
