(2) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE CAUSES AND EFFECTS OF DISPUTES AND THE SKILLS OF CONFLICT MANAGEMENT AND RESOLUTION THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT OF COMMUNITY INITIATIVES AND TRAINING IN MEDIATION SKILLS AND OTHER CONFLICT RESOLUTION AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND RESTORATIVE PRACTICES AND BY SUCH OTHER MEANS AS THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE FOR THE PURPOSES OF PEACEFUL RESOLUTION IN THE INTERESTS OF BUILDING AND MAINTAINING RESILIANT COMMUNITIES.
