2 OBJECT: THE OBJECT OF THE CLUB SHALL BE TO WORK FOR THE RELIEF OF PEOPLE WITH HEARING IMPAIRMENTS IN LIVERPOOL IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY:(A) THE PROVISION OR ASSISTANCE IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.(B) THE PROMOTION OF LIPREADING AND OTHER ACTIVITIES WHICH WILL ENABLE THEM TO COMMUNICATE MORE EFFECTIVELY.(C) THE PROVISION OF UP-TO-DATE INFORMATION ON TECHNICAL AIDS AND OTHER HELP AVAILABLE TO THEM.
