THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND TO PROMOTE THE PERSONAL AND SOCIAL WELFARE OF YOUNG PEOPLE BY ESTABLISHING, MAINTAINING AND DEVELOPING AN INFORMATION, ADVICE AND COUNSELLING SERVICE.
