IN ORDER TO MAKE THESE SERVICES PROVISIONS, THE CHARITY IS TO SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMMUNITY CENTRE (HEREINAFTER CALLED 'THE CENTRE') AND TO MAINTAIN AND MANAGE THE SAME (WHETHER ALONE OR IN CO-OPERATION WITH ANY LOCAL AUTHORITY OR OTHER PERSON OR BODY) IN FURTHERANCE OF THESE OBJECTS. 3.2 ADVANCING THE EDUCATION OF THE COMMUNITY IN CHINESE HISTORY, CULTURE AND TRADITIONS; 3.3 PROMOTING RACIAL HARMONY AND UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN PEOPLE OF CHINESE ORIGIN AND OTHER COMMUNITIES.
