TO FACILITATE THE ROLE OF THE CHIEF RABBI IN PROMOTING AND EXPOUNDING BELIEFS AND PRACTICES IN ACCORDANCE WITH JEWISH LAW AND TRADITION TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE JEWISH FAITH AND OTHERS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND ABROAD.
