BLUE SKY ARTS DEFINES BLACK ARTS AS THE CULTURE AND ARTISTIC ENDEAVOURS OF PEOPLE OF AFRICAN, AFRICAN-CARIBBEAN AND ASIAN ORIGIN, AND THE BENEFICIARIES OF THIS WORK MAY BE ANY MEMBER OF THE COMMUNITY IRRESPECTIVE OF THEIR CULTURAL ORIGIN.
