THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS) IN LIVERPOOL, ENGLAND AND SOMALIA ("THE AREA OF BENEFIT")1. THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS BY THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION AND ADVICE TO REFUGEES AND ASYLUM SEEKERS IN LIVERPOOL WHO ARE FROM SOMALIA PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY INFORMATION RELATING TO FINDING HEALTH CARE, BENEFITS, HOUSING, EDUCATION AND OTHER SUCH SERVICES.2. THE PROVISION, OR ASSISTANCE IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION, FOR REFUGEES AND ASYLUM SEEKERS FROM SOMALIA AND ESPECIALLY THEIR CHILDREN, IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID BENEFICIARIES.3. THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN SOMALIA BY THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT AND EQUIPMENT TO THE SCHOOLS IN THE BUROA AND LAS-ANOD AREAS OF SOMALIA.4. THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS OF WAR WIDOWS AND THEIR CHILDREN IN SOMALIA BY THE PROVISION OF A CENTRE OR CENTRES WHICH WILL PROVIDE THEM WITH SHELTER, EDUCATION AND HEALTH CARE.
