THE COMPANY'S OBJECT IS THE PROMOTION OF INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY: (3.1.) RAISING PUBLIC AWARENESS AND CULTIVATING A SENTIMENT IN FAVOUR OF INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS BY USING THE INTERNET TO DISSEMINATE EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS PROVIDED THAT THIS DOES NOT EXTEND TO PROMOTING DIRECTLY CHANGES IN LAW OR GOVERNMENT POLICY OR THE ADMINISTRATIVE DECISION OF GOVERNMENT AUTHORITIES.FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE MEMORANDUM "BUSINESS" SHALL MEAN THE INVOLVEMENT IN TRADE, MANUFACTURING, FINANCE, INVESTMENT AND OTHER COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES BY COMMERCIAL, GOVERNMENTAL AND NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANISATIONS AND "INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS" SHALL MEAN RIGHTS ARISING UNDER OR BY VIRTUE OF THE HUMAN RIGHTS ACT 1998 (A UK ACT OF PARLIAMENT) AND OTHER RIGHTS RECURRED BY INTERNATIONAL LAW.
