TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR LOCAL FAMILIES EXPERIENCING DOMESTIC ABUSE, WHO ARE UNABLE TO ACCESS STATUTORY SOURCES OF FUNDING. 3. TO RAISE AWARENESS OF THE PUBLIC, VOLUNTARY AND STATUTORY AGENCIES IN RELATION TO DOMESTIC ABUSE.
