a. To support and relieve the needs of refugees, asylum seekers, displaced persons and ethnic minorities principally in Kent, particularly by (a) providing advice and information; (b) providing education and life skills training and (c) offering support for wellbeing. b. The promotion of human rights, through improving racial harmony, equality and diversity in our local communities by (a) using our position, experience and knowledge to amplify the voices of people with lived experience (b) promoting awareness, informing policy and influencing practice for public benefit and for the refugees and asylum seekers we seek to support and serve.
